Refund & Return Policy:
At Baainclo, we strive to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.
2. Order Accuracy Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all order information is correct at checkout, including:
- Shipping address
- Product selection
- Size selection
- Contact information
Baainclo is not responsible for customer submitted errors during checkout.
3. Quality Control & Manufacturer Inspection
All products undergo inspection by our manufacturing and fulfillment team before shipment to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photo and/or video evidence
Resolution Process
Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If approved, we may provide:
- A replacement item (subject to inventory availability), or
- Store credit equal to the purchase amount
Due to limited inventory, replacements are not guaranteed.
Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
5. Returned Packages & Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Carrier refusal
The following conditions apply:
- A reshipping invoice must be paid before the order is resent
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers must contact us within 7 days of the package being marked as returned.
If no contact is made within that timeframe:
- The order will be considered abandoned and fulfilled
- No refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued
6. Shipping Delays
Baainclo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
By purchasing from Baainclo, customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
Orders with confirmed delivery and valid tracking information may be used as evidence in disputes.
Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future service.
